Sole-utions will come to you reducing the stress of travelling to and from the therapies, leaving you to relax and gain the most benefit from the treatments, or you can travel to our friendly and relaxing therapy room.

After the initial consultation, the therapist will discuss with you whether further treatments are of benefit and how many may be required.

Sole-ution to ease the stresses of the day , with either a relaxation therapy or we can suggest a combination of relaxation and treatments.The treatments are solely up to you to choose .

The initial consultation will involve a medical, history and lifestyle questionnaire. This will enable the practitioner to make a decision on the possible treatments suitable for each individual.

The practitioner will bring all she needs with her to carry out the treatment, all you need to do is relax and enjoy.

All information is kept within the guidelines of the Data Protection requirements.All treatments are undertaken in a professional manner, your dignity, respect , privacy are maintained throughout.

Should the consultation not relate any contra-indacations to treatment, the practitioner will proceed . A check of the feet will be made at this stage.

You do not need to remove articles of clothing. You may wish to wear comfortable shoes, snuggle up with those cosy slippers after the treatment and give your feet the full relaxation experience.

The consultation will then proceed with a relaxation treatment, a therapeutic treatment, followed by a relaxation treatment.

The first consultation will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hr for Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and slightly longer for Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.

Further treatments may be required and agreed with the practitioner and the client.
